2.1.1 Information you give us. You may voluntarily give us information about you by filling in forms on our site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, social media or otherwise. We may automatically collect technical information from you including internet browser details, operating system and platform, login details and, where a booking is made we will collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet.
3. USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION
3.1 We use information held about you in the following ways...
3.1.1 to provide you with information and quotations on products and services that you request from us, or that is relevent to your request.
3.1.2 to notify you about any changes to your information or provided services made by you or us.
3.1.3 to carry out any contractual obligations.
3.1.4 to carry out financial processes (invoicing etc), where a booking is made.
3.1.5 to commuicate with you regarding your booking, as appropriate.
3.1.6 to enhance your experience when browsing our website.
4. DISCLOSURE AND STORAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION
4.1 We, like many businesses, sometimes hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases, emailing information, calendar sharing, and processing payments. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. The specific companies that we use to perform these business related processes are listed below.
4.1.1 For enquiries, quotations, availability information and contractual obligations, we store your information securely using DJ Event Planner software who operate in a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") and have their own privacy policy here. http://www.djeventplanner.com/privacypolicy.asp
4.1.2 For financial processes in event of a booking, we store your information securely using Intuit Limited's Quickbook software who have their own privacy policy here. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/privacy-policy/
4.2 We do NOT store your financial information. When making payments by credit or debit card, you do so using the secure Paypal payment gateway and we are not given access to your specific financial details.
4.3 We do NOT share your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4.4 Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
4.5 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
